What is the process to get started?


We will start with a phone conversation and make an appointment for your initial consultation.


The initial consultation takes about 1 hour. We will tour your space and discuss areas that you want to focus on. We will talk about what specific problems you might be having and what it is you hope to create. I will give you tips along the way that I can immediately see would make a difference. We will then discuss our plan.


We will mostly work side by side on particular tasks. There are decisions that only you can make regarding what to keep. I will not discard anything without your consent. It is also important that you learn the organizing skills so that you can stay organized. However, if needed there are certainly times I can work on my own, specifically after we have gone through the elimination process. We can discuss what will work best as I customize my services to fit your needs and comfort level.



How much is the initial consultation?

The initial consultation is $35. However, if we continue to work together, I will deduct it from your first organizing session.

How long is an organizing session?

There is a minimum of 3 hours per session in order to make good progress. We will discuss what works best for you and the project.

What payments are accepted?

I accept cash, check, and credit card. Credit card transactions include a 2.7% transaction fee. Payment is due at the end of each session.

How long will it take?

This depends on the size and extent of each project. The quicker you are able to make decisions; the more consistent we are about regularly scheduled appointments; and if you are able to do some 'homework' in between sessions (if needed), are all things that could speed up our progress.

Do I need to tidy before you come?

Definitely not. I need to be able to see what is and is not working for you. This way I can help create systems that will work best for your individual needs.

Are you able to help with a move?

Absolutely! I am able to help you go through items as you start packing so you don't have to move unnecessary items. You should only take with you what you love and start fresh. I can be there on moving day to make sure boxes are taken to their appropriate rooms. I can unpack boxes and get your new space off to a beautifully organized start. I want to help make your house a home that you won't want to leave.
